Easy Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Recipe

A traditional monkey bread recipe with a cinnamon roll twist!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 12.4 ounce cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Separate cinnamon rolls and flatten each one slightly then cut each cinnamon roll into fourths.
  4. Shape each piece into a ball.
  5. Dip each piece into the melted butter and then into the cinnamon mixture.
  6. Place in a WELL GREASED tube pan. It's okay to smoosh them together. (We used PAM baking spray to make sure our pan was greased good enough.)
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for just a couple minutes. Once slightly cooled, dump the monkey bread onto a large plate.
  9. Drizzle with the icing that's included with the cinnamon rolls. These are best served warm.
