Easy Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Recipe

Serves: 8 servings
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 12.4 ounce cans Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Separate cinnamon rolls and flatten each one slightly then cut each cinnamon roll into fourths.
- Shape each piece into a ball.
- Dip each piece into the melted butter and then into the cinnamon mixture.
- Place in a WELL GREASED tube pan. It's okay to smoosh them together. (We used PAM baking spray to make sure our pan was greased good enough.)
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for just a couple minutes. Once slightly cooled, dump the monkey bread onto a large plate.
- Drizzle with the icing that's included with the cinnamon rolls. These are best served warm.
